This policy describes how Tuyen Sinh Online collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when requesting admissions advice.
1. Information we collect
When you submit the advice request form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), and the university and program you are interested in. We do not collect sensitive data such as bank account numbers or biometric information.
2. How we use it
Your information is used only to contact you about admissions, and to send fee schedules, intake dates and document checklists. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
When you decide to apply to a specific university, the information needed for that application is passed to the university. Apart from this, and lawful requests from state authorities, we do not share your information with anyone.
4. Storage and security
Data is held on access-controlled systems and is visible only to the advisor handling your file. We keep it for at most 24 months after your last contact, after which it is deleted.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Send your request to the email address or hotline listed on the Contact page.
6. Cookies
The website uses a technical cookie to remember your display language. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
